Swedish singer, songwriter and actress Tove Lo performed two nights in a row at The Observatory in Orange County in May for her first show in over two years. These two shows were serving as warm-up shows for her full tour coming later this year and early next year.
All that being said, Tove Lo was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been to a few concerts recently and the way Tove Lo captivated the crowd was unmatched. She played some of her biggest songs and some crowd favorites like “Talking Body” and “Say It”, to mention a few.
The event as a whole was pretty amazing from the fans to Tove Lo to the music. The second I walked into the venue, it felt like a real safe space, and everyone was so inclusive and friendly. As Tove Lo put it herself, “it was highly emotional, sweaty, sexy and perfect. The Observatory your energy was out of this world“.
